Mr. Jin received his Bachelors’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. Thereafter, he graduated from the University of San Francisco and was admitted to the California Bar in 1999 and is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Court, Central District of California.
He began his career in Securities and Entertainment Law but gravitated to Workers’ Compensation Law in 2001. After working for a boutique workers’ compensation firm for more than a decade, Mr. Jin founded Jin Law Firm to assist injured workers. Since that time, Mr. Jin has represented hundreds of clients garnering extensive experience and knowledge covering all aspects of litigation before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of California.
Mr. Jin is an avid reader, enjoys music, sports, and martial arts.
