Ms. Carroll has been practicing Workers’ Compensation Law in California since 2001, starting out in a small boutique firm before joining Zurich North America as in-house counsel. She is a founding member and partner of Jin Law Firm, for the past 8 years.

Prior to her work as an attorney in Workers’ Compensation Law, Ms. Carroll worked as an ABA Certified Paralegal for 10 years concentrating on Estate Planning and Intellectual Property Law.

Ms. Carroll obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York, receiving the Edna Etzel Award and Father Francis Cardinal Spellman Award for the most outstanding academic performance of a graduating student, as well as being a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society.

She obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1998 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, receiving an Am Jur Award for highest grade and rank during her studies at Southwestern University School of Law, as well as consistently recognized on the Dean’s List for scholastic achievements.

Ms. Carroll is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court, Central District of California.

In her spare time, Ms. Carroll enjoys music of all kinds, reading, scuba diving, wine tasting, and the occasional binge Netflix session, among many other interests.
